*Please note that this course runs over a period of 9 weeks as there will be a week off for half-term with no class on 21st February

Who is this course for?


This eight-week course is for anyone wanting to better manage the stress of everyday life, whether it's related to work, family, health or relationships.


The course will introduce you to mindfulness tools such as meditation, to work with anxiety and tension in the body.

  • Mindfulness skills for your daily life
  • How to overcome 'negativity bias'
  • The many health benefits of mindfulness


On this course you will receive:


  • Eight weeks of lessons - more than 20 hours of class time 
  • The Little Mindfulness workbook 
  • Access to guided meditations online (or by CD if preferred) 
  • Weekly emails during the course


Suitability and booking


The course is open to all and will take place in a small group with a maximum of 8 participants.

Once you have booked on to a course, final confirmation will be subject to completion of a short questionnaire about the course’s suitability. If it is decided that the course is not suitable at this stage a full refund will be offered.
