Testimonials
"The Mindfulness for Stress course helped me with being stuck in my head, not feeling safe to rest and understanding the way my mind works to give me a more objective view of reality. It also helped with my catastrophic thinking, negative beliefs and physical anxiety symptoms. It helped me be more compassionate with myself and feel less tense in the evenings after the course. I felt more able to cope at a very overwhelming time of stress and better deal with a traumatic time. I’m now able to notice more when I need to stop and pause, able to be kinder to myself, scheduling time to rest and meditate more. I would definitely recommend this course, because it helps you build mindfulness into your daily life without needing to make huge changes. The little changes make a big difference."

"Working with Tammy is a joy. It feels very safe, confidential and encouraging. There is no judgement, no right or wrong, just learning and support. It’s a very calming, reassuring and nourishing experience.
It is worth it in so many ways and it’s also great value for money. You learn about some really simple while powerful models and techniques to bring you into yourself and the present and out of your head. I would definitely do it because the benefits are wonderful.
"Daily meditation has become a way of supporting my mental wellbeing without a doubt. I think I’m breathing more deeply consistently in general.
I feel more present, grounded, realistic, calm, positive. The kindness mediations encourage me to be compassionate to myself. I wouldn’t be without it. It’s the sort of course I wish I’d discovered and embraced years ago."
- Gillian Gabriel
"It’s been an incredibly challenging time and Tammy’s ‘Mindfulness for Stress’ supported me throughout with encouraging me to take daily walks in nature, committing to a regular meditation practice, attending a wonderful meditation/woodland retreat and taking time to slow down, say ‘no’ and show myself compassion.
Tammy is wonderfully supportive and makes everyone feel welcome whatever their background / concerns. She facilitates inclusive sessions where you’re encouraged to disclose as much as you feel comfortable to share with others. She keeps the group connected and motivated throughout the programme with regular messages via WhatsApp. It was really easy to access the meditations, homework reminders and poems and as a group we enjoyed connecting and sharing our learning journey.
If you're thinking about this course - do it! It will have such a positive impact on your life in so many ways and will inspire you to follow a path of mindfulness for your own well-being and for those you love and support around you."

"I've just completed the Mindfulness for Stress course with Tammy and would recommend it. Yes, it is a commitment each week, which may seem counterproductive when you're stressed, but well worth that time for the investment in your health. The course is well run and left me with a good grounding and the wish to continue practising what I’d learnt. And the other attendees made it a pleasure too. "

"Tammy's 'Mindfulness for Stress' course has helped me in numerous ways. It's shown me avenues of kindness speech to myself, helped me to slow down and therefore given me more time to focus on the people I love. Understanding mindfulness has allowed me to feel pleasure even more by tuning into my senses and it's ok to take a break and enjoy life pleasures. Meditation is now a daily practice of mine, I really do believe the breath is the root to our inner knowing. It's so powerful because it's our life force! I love practicing breath with movement now :) Thank you so much! "
- Esme Finch
"The course has been absolutely amazing course, so transformative and empowering. I have learned so much, especially in how to deal with difficult situations and my destructive thinking.Tammy is a lovely person, a great teacher, kind, compassionate, patient and understanding. Tammy managed to create a lovely space online where all participants felt comfortable being with each other. "
- Cristina Anca Flueras
"I was expecting to learn and gather tools to help me day to day but the course provided this and so much more. I gained a greater understanding of what it is to be mindful and how to incorporate it into everyday life and not just when struggling with difficult situations – this provides a strong foundation for all else. I learnt tools that can help support in times of stress and anxiety but gained a greater understanding of what sits behind it and therefore a much deeper understanding of how to recognise and either prevents such situations arising or their escalation. Therefore, what you learn in this course is not just 8 weeks about mindfulness but how to integrate it into your future daily life."
