An eight-week mindfulness course which teaches mindfulness strategies to improve and manage health conditions such as aches and pains, stress, autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, injuries, period pain, migraines and more. This is based on the Mindfulness for Pain Management (MBPM) approach developed by leading mindfulness organisation, Breathworks.
This eight-week course in a supportive and friendly group setting, will teach you how to boost your happiness and well-being, find new sources of resilience, joy, and calm in your life, and to cope with stress, anxiety, fear, and depression.
