About the masterclass
This session will take place in a friendly group setting, guided by Breathworks accredited teacher Tammy Driver, who is registered with BAMBA (the British Association of Mindfulness-based Approaches).
You will be given an introduction to what mindfulness is, how it is practiced, and guided through some short practices and a meditation.
You'll come away with some simple practices to help you incorporate mindfulness into your daily life, as well as some suggestions for the next steps to take on your journey.
The session will be one hour with an additional 30 minutes available for any questions.

Women aged 40 plus who want to feel their best!
This masterclass is especially helpful for anyone suffering symptoms of perimenopause, experiencing stress, exhaustion, fatigue or loss of enjoyment in life. Also helpful for those with a long-term health condition, illness or chronic pain.
Women with a general interest in mindfulness are also very welcome to attend.
